Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Dewberry Charleston was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel is beautiful, showcasing mid-century design and providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, I faced some issues with noise from the lounge and the rooftop bar experience was a bit underwhelming. Overall, the hotel’s charm and excellent staff made for a nice visit, despite a few hiccups.
I really enjoyed my five-night stay at The Dewberry Charleston. The hotel itself has a sleek, modern design with spacious rooms that boast high ceilings and luxurious marble bathrooms. However, I experienced some service inconsistency, particularly with breakfast at Henrietta's where my orders were incomplete and coffee refills were slow. Overall, I found it to be a good stay with a charming ambiance.
My recent stay at The Dewberry Charleston offered a blend of charm and comfort, but it wasn't without its drawbacks. While the lovely room decor and comfortable bed made for a cozy environment, the unexpected views of the parking lot were a letdown. I appreciated the attentive staff and enjoyed the excellent drinks in the Living Room lounge, but I also noted some functional inconveniences in the room. Overall, it was a good visit, yet there are areas for improvement.
My stay at The Dewberry Charleston was generally fantastic; the warm hospitality and stunning room made a big impression. However, my experience at the spa left much to be desired, particularly due to the confusing massage booking and lack of communication from the staff. Overall, though, I would happily return for the excellent service and beautiful accommodations.
My stay at The Dewberry was a mix of highs and lows. While the customer service was excellent and the location perfect, there were some noise issues from adjacent rooms and general maintenance oversights that dampened the experience. Overall, I appreciated the boutique luxury feel, but it left me wanting a bit more polish for the price.
